The Build From Scratch (BFS) Mentorship Initiative is for young people who are ready to take responsibility for their growth through structured mentorship, discipline, and accountability.
BFS is not a casual program. It is designed for mentees who are willing to learn, improve, and commit to long-term development.
Who Should Apply
You may apply to become a BFS mentee if you:
- Are an undergraduate (300L or above), or recent graduate
- Are seeking academic, career, or professional direction
- Are open to guidance, feedback, and correction
- Can commit time and effort to structured mentorship
What Is Expected of BFS Mentees
As a BFS mentee, you are expected to:
- Attend mentorship sessions consistently
- Complete assigned tasks and activities on time
- Communicate respectfully with mentors and coordinators
- Demonstrate discipline, honesty, and commitment
- Take responsibility for your own growth
Mentorship works only when the mentee is serious and consistent.
